Suspected Drunk Driver Stopped For Speeding, Found With 29 Grams Of Cocaine: Police
The woman was pulled over on Highway 12 in nearby Rio Vista.
SOLANO COUNTY, CA – A Stockton woman was arrested in Rio Vista on Sunday when a police officer allegedly found more than 29 grams of cocaine and narcotic packaging material in her car, police said.
Just after 9:30 p.m., officers pulled over Cassandra Mellow, 28, when they saw her speeding in the 500 block of state Highway 12.
Mellow was also determined to be under the influence of alcohol, police said.

She was booked into Solano County Jail on suspicion of DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale and drug paraphernalia.
