Suspect in Vallejo Fast Food Restaurant Shooting Arrested
James Smith, 61, of Vallejo, was arrested Sunday morning for the shooting of a man at Church's Chicken on Nov. 7.
Vallejo police arrested a suspect Sunday for a shooting in a drive-through at a fast food restaurant earlier this month.
James Smith, 61, of Vallejo, was arrested Sunday morning for the shooting of a man at Church’s Chicken at 1920 Solano Ave. around 9:10 p.m. Nov. 7, Sgt. Fabio Rodriguez said.
Smith was arrested during a vehicle stop in the area of Nebraska and Amador streets.

The shooting victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive, Rodriguez said.
