A Look Inside Dublin's REI

REI (Recreational Equipment, Inc.) in Dublin officially welcomes customers to the new store starting Friday.

The store is a national retailer of outdoor gear and clothing. The company  to open.

The one-story store is nearly 24,000-square-feet. It features gear and apparel to outfit shoppers for camping, climbing, cycling, fitness, hiking, paddling, snow sports and travel. Other East Bay REI locations include Fremont, Berkeley, Brentwood and Concord.

The store will employee 60 employees in Dublin. Approximately 54 employees were hired for the new location and others transferred from different locations.

REI is open Mon. through Fri. from 10a.m. to 9p.m., Sat. 10a.m. to 7p.m. and Sun 10a.m. - 6p.m.
