Big-Rig Carrying Beer Overturns on I-580, Prompts Sig-Alert in Dublin

The California Highway Patrol this morning has issued a Sig-alert following a crash involving an overturned big-rig on Interstate Highway 580 in Dublin.

The crash was first reported at 3:12 a.m. on westbound Interstate Highway 580 near Paloverde Road. Two lanes of the highway remained blocked and should remain blocked for at least three more hours as crews work to clear the scene.

The big-rig was carrying cans of beer, according to the CHP.
