Bomb Threat Made By Former Dublin Student: Cops
The woman told police she made the call because she was upset at how a recent alleged assault on campus was handled.

DUBLIN, CA — A former student has been arrested on suspicion of calling in a bomb threat to the Dublin Unified School District on Thursday afternoon, police officials said. Former student Taylor Pearson, 20, allegedly called the district at 1:45 p.m. and threatened to “blow up” Dublin High School.
The threat prompted school officials to dismiss students early and evacuate the campus. Police spent several hours conducting a sweep of the school, which is located at 8151 Village Parkway. Police said no explosives were located.
Students and staff staged at nearby Kolb Park and Wheels buses were rerouted. School officials said families were notified of the early dismissal through the campus notification system and via social media. All Dublin High School events were canceled for the afternoon, which included games and practices.

Pearson surrendered to police later in the day and was booked into the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin.
“In an interview with Dublin Police, Pearson said she had seen a social media article about an assault on a female Dublin High School student and was upset how the investigation into that incident was handled,” police said in a statement.
