Creek Cleanup Day Scheduled In Dublin

On International Coastal Cleanup Day, volunteers can choose one of five local waterways to clean.

DUBLIN, CA — The City of Dublin is hosting an event to help clean up several Dublin waterways on Sept. 23, which is International Coastal Cleanup Day.

Volunteers can register to clean one of five creek locations:

  • Dublin Creek between Outback Steakhouse and Tesla
  • Creek Channel at Amador Valley Blvd and I-680 overpass
  • Alamo Creek Trail between the Iron Horse Trail and Amador Valley Boulevard
  • Alamo Creek at Alamo Creek Park
  • San Ramon Creek behind Dublin High School

Volunteers are asked to bring a reusable water bottle, wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, a hat and sunscreen, and latex gloves. Gloves and bulk water will be provided at each site.
