About Core Performance
A state-of-the-art sports performance training center with the goal of meeting the needs of youth, middle and high school athletes. We have 3 on-going programs available for kids ages 8-18. By focusing on proper movement mechanics and technique in weightlifting, athletes develop a strong foundation of strength, power and speed with the added benefit of injury prevention. As kids learn how to move well and are then able to build strength and speed in those positions, they now are better prepared for whatever their sport, or life, might throw at them!
