Don't Miss A Great Opportunity to Learn About Your City - Get Inside Dublin

Dublin, CA is the best home town ever. For the past two months, we, the participants of “Inside Dublin”, have been learning about our city departments and the extraordinary vision of our city leaders. It has been truly refreshing to see municipal leaders who are competent, forward thinking, transparent, professional and personable. We learned where our water comes from and its conservation, how we fund our beautiful parks and recreational facilities, how the city balances development with preservation, how educational professionals plan for and deliver some of the best schools around, how city managers stimulate the local economy and creatively fund infrastructure projects, and how the police and fire departments share resources to minimize costs and prevent unnecessary spending. As a class, we met and had conversations with the city manager, mayor, police chief, fire chief, the superintendent of schools, the leadership from Parks and Rec, and the entire city council. I am extremely proud of my hometown. Our city and its leaders are exemplary and deserve to be commended. Bravo Dublin! Bravo!
