Pleasanton Parolee Accused Of Robbing Dublin Bank, Police Say
Police said the 29-year-old man was dressed in the clothing worn during the robbery at the time of his arrest.

DUBLIN, CA — A Pleasanton man accused of robbing a Dublin credit union Tuesday morning was arrested Wednesday, police officials said. The robbery was reported at 10:57 a.m. at the Patelco Credit Union, located at 7010 Amador Plaza Road.
Police said a man handed the teller a handwritten note that said, “Give me all your money. Do not talk. Do not set off the alarm. Don’t call the police.”
The suspect fled the bank with $202.00, according to police. Officers were not able to locate him. On Wednesday, investigators arrested 29-year-old Pleasanton resident Dillon Costello in the area of Canyon Meadows Circle in Pleasanton.

At the time of his arrest, Costello, who was on parole and probation, was in possession of the stolen money and was dressed in the clothing worn during the robbery, police said. Costello was booked at the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin on suspicion of bank robbery and violating parole and probation.
