Dublin Homicide Victim Identified
Dublin police have released the identity of a man found dead May 5 of suspected stab wounds and blunt-force trauma.
DUBLIN, CA — Dublin police have identified the victim found dead last Friday of suspected stab wounds and blunt-force trauma.
The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Jesus Gallegos, Dublin Police Services announced Thursday afternoon.
Gallegos was found the evening of May 5 at about 9 p.m. in a home on the 5400 block of Campbell Lane. Alameda County Fire personnel attempted life-saving efforts, but pronounced the victim dead.

Police contacted and detained Crystal Espinoza, 23, whom police believe was in a romantic relationship with the victim.
Espinoza was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and homicide based on evidence and an ongoing investigation, Dublin police said. She was transported to Santa Rita Jail.
