Dublin To Host Shamrock Gala
The city and the Dublin Historical Society are hosting a gala to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and the City's 40th anniversary.
DUBLIN, CA — Registration is open for the Shamrock Gala, a soiree hosted by the Dublin Historical Society and the City of Dublin to kick off St. Patrick’s Day weekend and celebrate the city’s 40th anniversary.
The gala will take place on Friday, March 11 at 6 p.m. at The Wave at Emerald Glen Park, 4201 Central Parkway.
It will feature hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, and music and dancing. It is open to anyone 21 and older, and cocktail attire is encouraged.

Tickets are $50 each and available at dublinhistoricalsociety.org.
Dublin's famed St. Patrick's Day celebration features three stages of Irish music and dancing, over 250 festival booths, carnival rides, Irish food and drink, and a parade.
The Shamrock 5K Fun Run and Walk is a 3.1-mile run/walk that typically draws about 2,000 participants.
The event will also feature a Firefighters Pancake Breakfast featuring green pancakes, a Shamrock Gala, and a full schedule of Irish-themed entertainment.
