Dublin Hosts Groundbreaking For Sunrise, Clover Parks
City officials say construction will likely take about a year.
DUBLIN, CA — A groundbreaking ceremony was held in Dublin Saturday to celebrate the beginning of the construction of Clover and Sunrise parks in the Irongate community. Local dignitaries attended the rainy celebration.
Construction of Clover Park is estimated to cost about $1,281,000. Sunrise Park, a 10.75 nature community park in the Irongate Development, will cost about $500,000. The park will feature bike and walking trails.
The projects are expected to take about 12 months and city officials estimate they will be completed by 2020.
