Man Robs Dublin Wells Fargo Bank: Police

DUBLIN, CA- A man robbed a Wells Fargo bank in Dublin on Thursday afternoon, police said. Officers responded at about 12:24 p.m. to the bank at 4400 Tassajara Road near Dublin Boulevard on a report of a robbery, according to police. A white man in his 30s with a muscular build and standing between 6 feet and 6 feet 5 inches tall gave a note to a teller demanding money, police said.

The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of cash and the man fled the bank, according to police. A witness told officers the man left the bank’s parking lot in a newer model black, 4-door Honda Accord, police said. The Honda was last seen going south on Tassajara Road before turning around at Dublin Boulevard to go north on Tassajara Road, according to police.

The suspect has brown hair and was wearing gray slacks, a long black coat, black shoes, glasses, black gloves and a black kangol-style hat, police said. No one saw a weapon in the robbery, according to police.
