Michelin-Recognized Ramen, Yogurtland, Japanese Crepes & More Coming To Pleasanton
Four new eateries serving Taiwanese tea, Japanese crepes, frozen yogurt and ramen are headed to Pacific Pearl.
PLEASANTON, CA — Pacific Pearl Shopping Center, the location of 99 Ranch Market and several other restaurants, will welcome four new restaurants, the shopping center announced.
Chi Cha San Chen, an international Taiwanese tea brand, is scheduled to open in late August in a 1,037-square-foot space at 2709 Stoneridge Drive. Its menu will feature brewed tea, milk tea, fruit tea, and signature creations.
Eight Turn Crepe is a New York City brand that specializes in Japanese crepes made with gluten-free rice flour. Each crepe is prepared fresh, filled with a choice of sweet or savory ingredients, and rolled into a handheld cone. The franchise plans to open a 1,647-square-foot space at 2693 Stoneridge Drive in late September or early October.

Yogurtland is an international brand that allows guests to create their own combinations from a rotating selection of frozen yogurt, ice cream and plant-based flavors, and a wide variety of toppings. The franchise has signed a lease for a 1,220-square-foot location at 2709 Stoneridge Drive. An opening date will be announced as plans are finalized.
HiroNori Craft Ramen has received recognition in the Michelin Guide for its broths, noodles, rice bowls, and Japanese-inspired dishes. The restaurant will occupy a 1,404-square-foot space at 2709 Stoneridge Drive and open at a soon-to-be announced date.
