Marafuku Ramen Opens In Dublin
The national ramen chain is known for its rich broth slow-cooked for hours.
DUBLIN, CA — Marafuku Ramen, a national franchise specializing in slow-cooked ramen, opened a Dublin location last week.
The franchise’s first Tri-Valley location is located at 4288 Dublin Boulevard, Ste. 101, and is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and then 5-9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Online ordering is available from 11 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8:40 p.m.
The restaurant is known for its rich Tonkotsu broth, which is slow-cooked for hours and served in Hakata-style ramen with ultra-thin noodles and tender pork cha shu. It offers a variety of ramen soups featuring chicken, vegetables, pork, cabbage, and more. The menu also offers small bites like wagyu skewers, gyoza dumplings, squid legs, and Japanese-style fried chicken; and a variety of rice bowls.
