Mayor Sbranti Heads to Washington, D.C.
Dublin Mayor Tim Sbranti is in Washington, D.C. with other Tri-Valley mayors.

Four Tri-Valley mayors are in Washington, D.C. this week for the U.S. States Conference of Mayors. The event brings together mayors throughout the country and Washington leaders to discuss issues impacting cities today.
Mayor Sbranti sent the following to Dublin Patch on Tuesday evening:
"I'm back in Washington, D.C. for the Tri-Valley Mayors' annual lobby trip. Here I am (see photo) with Livermore Mayor John Marchand and Danville Mayor Candace Anderson meeting regarding IGATE and the technology transfers from Lawrence Livermore and Sandia Labs with National Nuclear Security Administrator Tom D'Agostino and Deputy Administrator Cook.

We had other meetings as well today with Congressman Stark and Garamendi along with officials from the Departments of Commerce and Transportation. Tomorrow we head back to Capitol Hill and also will be going to a White House reception with the U.S. Conference of Mayors delegation."
