Police Seek ‘At Risk’ Man Missing From Dublin

DUBLIN, CA — Police are asking for the public’s assistance finding a 55-year-old man who has been missing from Dublin since July 22. Police say Theodore Muniz suffers from mental illness and has difficulty taking care of himself.

Muniz is described as a white male. He is roughly 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. Muniz was last seen wearing a black jacket, white t-shirt and grey sweat pants. His family says he is familiar with using public transportation.
