Victim Robbed Of Purse In Tri-Valley Shopping Center, Police Say

DUBLIN, CA — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man suspected of robbing a victim of her purse. The strong-arm robbery was reported on Sunday night in the Fallon Gateway Shopping Center in Dublin, according to police. Police shared business surveillance photo of the suspect via social media in an effort to develop leads.

The Sunday night purse snatching was reported just weeks after three Antioch teenagers suspected of robbing a teenager of her purse as she waited in a Dublin parking lot were arrested. The Pleasanton teen was targeted as she stood near her family’s car in the parking lot of the Hacienda Crossings shopping center in Dublin on Jan. 14. During that robbery, the suspects drove by and snatched the purse from her shoulder. The victim lost all of her Christmas cash and gift cards.
