Santa Rita Jail Inmate Planned CA Trip To Molest Kids, Feds Say

He went by "pervyguy40" online and told an undercover agent he would come to California to molest two children, prosecutors said.

DUBLIN, CA — A Washington man is being held in Santa Rita Jail after he told an undercover agent posing as a "bad momma" that he would travel to Northern California to molest two children, prosecutors said.

Christopher Michael David, 43, of Fife, Washington is charged with a federal distribution of child pornography charge, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California. He faces five to 20 years in prison, plus a $250,000 fine.

David, who went by "pervyguy40" on social media contacted an undercover officer in April. The officer claimed to be looking for a "teacher" for her 7- and 9-year-old kids, prosecutors said in a news release. David said he had previously been sexually involved with four minors and spoke of his "dark desires" related to "incest and young sharing," prosecutors said.

He repeatedly asked for photos of the children, and asked whether the kids "would like to see examples of what they will learn," prosecutors said. David then sent seven videos of children being sexually abused, prosecutors said.

He said he collected hundreds of pictures and videos of children being sexually abused, which were obtained by trading online, prosecutors said. David texted the agent to advise them how to get such materials without drawing the attention of law enforcements officers, prosecutors said.
