Sexual Assault at Angel Relax Center
Dublin Police are requesting any possible victims who might have been sexually assaulted while receiving a massage at the location to contact them.

On January 20 at approximately 4 p.m., a 19-year-old woman went to the located at 7206 Regional St. in Dublin for her scheduled massage. During the massage the male masseuse, identified as Xiang Zhang, 33, sexually assaulted the female victim.
The victim immediately reported the incident to . Dublin police officers conducted an immediate investigation into the allegations and developed probable cause to arrest Zhang for charges related to the sexual assault. After Zhang’s arrest, he confirmed he was responsible for assaulting the victim but claimed it was accidental.

The investigation into this incident is still on-going. Dublin Police are requesting any other possible victims who might have been sexually assaulted while receiving a massage at Angel Relax Center to contact Sgt. Yesenia Sanchez.
