Sports Authority Set To Open Its Doors

Another new business officially opens their doors in Dublin to the public on Friday, Nov. 11.

Sports Authority, which sells fitness apparel, footwear and team sports gear, joins another new businesses in the area.

In April, DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) on Dublin Boulevard.  also opened in the same complex as DSW in February.

Sports Authority is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, and operates more than 450 stores in 45 states.

The new business is located in the former Mervyn's building at 7117 Regional Street. According to Linda Smith, Dublin's economic development director, the lease was executed for approximately 45,000 square feet.

According to the website, in store services include bike repair services, ski rentals, golf trade-in program, snowboard rentals and more.
