Golf Coach Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Former Student
Kwangson Kim is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl since she was 12 — and police believe there may be additional victims.
DUBLIN, CA — A Tri-Valley golf coach was arrested in Dublin after a police investigation revealed evidence of sex abuse against one the coach's former students.
Dublin resident Kwangson "Sonny" Kim, 51, is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl who he privately instructed for years, with police noting the abuse had been ongoing since the girl was 12 years old.
Though the girl is now 15, Kim was booked on charges of sexual assault on a child under the age of 14.
