‘Budget Hearing’ Photos You Can’t Afford to Miss

Early Wednesday morning, we reported that about 60 people turned up the pervious night for the Northeast Regional Budget Hearing. The event, hosted by at the , offered the public an opportunity to learn how Los Angeles has been spending $6.8 billion in tax payers money during the 2011-12 fiscal year—and how it should spend billions more next year.
