Friends of the LA River's 5th Annual RiverFest is a FREE, all-ages, open-air environmental arts and community festival! A celebration of the LA River through the arts, RiverFest will feature many local artists, thrilling live performances, an environmental art gallery and a bustling marketplace. New interactive eco-activities will be available on-site for the whole family and delicious food from some of L.A.'s best food trucks. While free, registration is required, and tickets will go fast. RiverFest celebrates and brings together the culture, history, nature and people that shape our 51-mile LA River, with special focus on community and how this great, resilient waterway provides vital public space for recreation, for work, and for nature itself. The event also uplifts the hundreds of FOLAR volunteers who help restore the River’s habitat year-round, and all those who want to help shape the future of our LA River.
