Cyclists Who Beat Jet to Long Beach Honored (Video)
Saturday's Burbank to Long Beach Carmageddon ride commemorated for doing better time than Jet Blue's $4 per passenger flight.
Longtime local ride organizer "Roadblock" presided over Monday night's gathering honoring the Wolfpack Hustle elite riders who raced from North Hollywood to Long Beach during this past weekend’s Carmageddon to prove a point: That they could make it to Long Beach in better time than a $4 per passenger Jet Blue flight from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport.

The Wolfpack Hustle riders meet every Monday just before 10 p.m. at Tang's Donuts on Sunset Boulevard for their urban bike rides.
