禪修是一種訓練心靈的方法,目的是讓我們的心寜靜祥和。這樣我們便能遠離憂慮與不安,體驗眞正的喜悅。

Meditation is a method to train our mind.  The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.  We will be free from worries and mental discomfort and so we will experience true happiness.
