Last Chance: Get a Taste of The Center’s Next 10-Week Yoga Program
The Center for the Arts winds up its current yoga session Thursday—the next one begins April 26.

This coming Thursday will be your last chance for another month to stretch your limbs—and your mind—in what’s indisputably the most calm and relaxing indoor space in Eagle Rock.
The will host its final “New Year’s” yoga group session on March 29, capping a 10-week program that began January 12. The next session will start April 26 and end June 21.
For just $10 you can get a sneak peek into a first-rate yoga course taught by Mary Frances Spencer, who includes classical hatha yoga poses into the weekly routines, rounding them off with invigorating aromatherapy and relaxing sounds from vibrational tuning forks.

What else is special about doing yoga every Thursday for 75 minutes in the expansive and historic environs of the Center? Well, for one “there’s no bumping into people,” as CFAER Development Director Renée Dominique puts it only half-jokingly. “And there’s no pressure.”
