A free meditation and discussion group for people in their 20s and 30s.

Join us every Friday at 7.30 to 9pm for 30 minutes of meditation followed by a short reading and informal conversation with tea and snacks.

Open to all | Meditation Instruction Available

This group also meet on Mondays (7.30 - 9pm) at the Westside Center (Mar Vista)
