• CHP investigation in Sunnyvale follows fatal motorcycle hit-and-run crash in East Palo Alto on Highway 101 (cbsnews.com) — A fatal hit-and-run crash on southbound Highway 101 by the University Avenue onramp in East Palo Alto killed a motorcyclist Thursday morning and shut several lanes for about three hours. CHP investigators later traced the case to a Sunnyvale neighborhood, where they towed an older Acura but released no suspect details or public safety warnings.
