LOS ANGELES, CA -- A man in his late 20s to early 30s was shot and killed Monday in Echo Park, police said.
The shooting was reported at 9:31 p.m. near the intersection of Mohawk and Montana streets, according to Officer Sal Ramirez of the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations Division.
The victim died at the scene, police said.
