Carjacker Runs Over And Kills His Victim In Westlake
The victim of a carjacking in Westlake was killed when he was run over by his own SUV.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A carjacking victim suffered fatal injuries this afternoon when he was run over by his own SUV in the Westlake district.
The carjacking occurred about 6:30 p.m. in the 600 block of South Carondelet Street, near MacArthurPark, according to Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Both the suspect and victim are men, Lopez said.

The suspect ran the victim over, fatally injuring him, and got away with his gray Nissan Xterra, Lopez said.
