Echo Park Shooting Victim Identified
A 36-year-old man was shot to death in Echo Park Monday.
LOS ANGELES, CA -- Authorities Wednesday identified a man who was fatally shot in Echo Park.
The shooting was reported at 9:31 p.m. Monday near Mohawk and Montana streets, according to Officer Sal Ramirez of the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations Section.
William Perea, 36, died at the scene, said coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter. Police were looking for two male suspects in connection to the shooting.
