Classroom Management Through Connection and Compassion (Two Saturdays)

It's pretty tough for teachers in most of our schools:  huge classes, restrictive curricula, and rewards and punishments systems for behavior management that often do not work.  This class will introduce teachers to a new paradigm for classroom management, built on respect and support.  The class will cover:  Effective tools for improved classroom management, nonviolent communication skills, managing anger, and building students' emotional intelligence.  Class will meet on two consecutive saturdays.
