
FREE introduction to the healing power of Feldenkrais taught by Feldenkrais practitioner Andrew Heffenan. The Feldenkrais Method® improves balance and coordination, reduces stress, and alleviates pain. The pain-free, easy movements of Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® classes make an excellent complement to yoga, Pilates, or any fitness program, allowing you to perform any physical activity with more ease and fluidity. In class, Andrew will be using concrete verbal cues to guide you through an effortless but complex series of physical movements. You go at your own pace, resting as needed.
