Would you like to contribute to community youth services and explore Historic Filipinotown?
Then come and participate in the Historic Filipinotown 5K Run/Walk! Search to Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA) is currently recruiting runners/walkers!
You don’t have to be a professional athlete or an Olympic track runner! Everyone is welcome to participate!
The race will be on:
Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 7:30 a.m. (not Filipino time) at 1925 West Temple Street Los Angeles, CA 90026
The race will cut through the heart of Historic Filipinotown with a rolling street closure along Temple Street.
Fees:
Regular Registration (Postmarked/submitted by July 18): Adults ($20), Youth under 15 years of age ($15)
Late Registration and Day of Race: Adults ($25), Youth under 15 years of age ($15)
Register and you will get a free souvenir shirt! Proceeds will go to community youth services!
Please send the registration form to the address on the form along with payment! Make sure to write “SIPA” on your form so the organizers know that you registered through SIPA!
