Fire Engulfs Silver Lake House
Firefighters tackled a fire that spread through a Silver Lake home Sunday night.

SILVER LAKE, CA — Firefighters knocked down a house fire Sunday in Silver Lake, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The blaze inside a home at 3724 W. Marcia Dr. was reported just after 7 p.m., fire department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart said.
The fire inside the house spread to the attic, Stewart said.

The department dispatched 33 firefighters to the scene, Stewart continued. The flames were knocked down in about 20 minutes.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
