Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar at LA LIVE welcomes its first winery of the year, Krupp Brothers Vineyard, for a one-night only, five-course wine-paired meal to remember. Fleming’s LA LIVE’S newest member of the team, Chef Partner David Burke, storms the LA LIVE arena with a meticulously planned meal created to pair perfectly with an array of Krupp Brothers wines.
To begin the dinner, guests will enjoy an appetizer of Prosciutto and Homemade Ricotta Flatbread made with wild baby arugula, pine nuts and truffle oil paired with Krupp Brothers, Chardonnay, Napa Valley, 2010. The second course will feature a delicate Butter Poached Lobster on a brioche roll with a tangy lemon aioli served with Krupp Brothers, Black Bart’s Bride, Marsanne Blend, Napa Valley, 2008. A delectable Deconstructed Lamb Wellington featuring a Black Bart Syrah demi-glace and Yukon potato hash served with Krupp Brothers, Black Bart, Syrah, Napa Valley, 2008 will complete the third course. Krupp Brothers, The Doctor, Tempranillo Blend, Napa Valley, 2010 will accompany Fleming’s fourth course featuring Braised Short Rib and a Sausage Mousse-filled Potato on a carrot and fennel “pasta.” To conclude this appetizing meal, guests will indulge in a Chocolate Peanut Butter and Peppered Bacon “Souffle” dessert paired with Krupp Brothers, Black Bart, Syrah Port, Napa Valley, 2010.
