We are a small group of families, mostly from Silver Lake, Glendale, Pasadena and Burban, that meets on Saturday mornings at 9:30 am in Verdugo Park in Glendale to play ultimate (frisbee).
The primary players are our kids, ages 8-15, but some of us parents also join in the game on a more or less regular basis.
The emphasis is on having fun together, though if the kids want, we may at some point decide to form a club team and compete at local tournaments. We do have the necessary coaching resources.
All kids ages 8-15, including their parents, are welcome to join and play. There are no formalities or fees, etc. You just show up and play. This is ultimate, not soccer, after all:-)
