UPDATE: Harbor (110) Freeway Reopened with Jumper in Custody
All southbound lanes of the Harbor (110) Freeway were closed as firefighters deployed an airbag to catch a man threatening to jump.
UPDATED: A person who may have been threatening to jump onto the Harbor (110) Freeway in the area of Third Street in downtown Los Angeles has been taken into custody and all lanes southbound lanes have been reopened, authorities say.
LOS ANGELES, CA -- All lanes of the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway are closed at Third Street in downtown Los Angeles because of a possible jumper, authorities say. Firefighters have deployed an airbag beneath the male.
