Parkview Living Senior Apartments Receive National Honor
The senior housing community receives Multifamily Executive's Project of the Year Award.
The Parkview Living Senior Apartments were recently honored with the Multifamily Executive's Project of the Year Award.
The apartments, which were designed by Irvine-based architectural firm, KTGY Group, Incorporated, are a resort-style community that includes a 3,000-square-foot multi-purpose room and 75 apartments that feature terraces and angled balconies.
The Parkview Living Senior Apartments are located at Glendale Boulevard and Park Avenue, directly across from Echo Park.
The 2013 Multifamily Executive Awards, which were announced earlier this month, are designed to demonstrate the best in design, project development, business practices and visionary leadership, according to Multifamily Executive Magazine.
