Recognize this Murder Suspect?

Los Angeles police released a sketch of a man who stabbed to death a 20-year-old in Echo Park.

LOS ANGELES, CA - Police today circulated a suspect sketch in the hope of tracking down the man who fatally stabbed another man in Echo Park last month.

The victim, who was in his 20s, was with two friends outside the bathroom stalls in Echo Park near Park Avenue and Lemoyne Street about 10:40 p.m. July 21 when a bald man dressed in jeans and a black T-shirt approached, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

"The suspect punched the victim in the face and the victim pushed him back," according to an LAPD statement. "The suspect then armed himself with a sharp metal object and stabbed the victim in the chest. The suspect was last seen walking northbound on Lemoyne Street towards Sunset Boulevard."

The victim, whose name has not been released, was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to the LAPD.

The suspect is described as Hispanic, about 30-40 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 180-190 pounds. He had brown eyes and tattoos on both arms.
