Stabbing Victims too Drunk to Remember Brawl
Two men who were stabbed in a drunken fight in the Westlake area can't remember why they fought nor who stabbed them.

Two men who were drunk got into a fight on the street with other men in the Westlake area and suffered stab and cut wounds in the brawl, a police sergeant said today.
The street fight took place just before midnight Friday, in the 800 block of South Bonnie Brae, Los Angeles police Sgt. Melvin Gamble said.
“The two victims were drunk and got into a fight with some other men,” Gamble said. “One man was stabbed and the second was cut with a knife. Both men were hospitalized with non-life-threatening wounds.”

Gamble also said that “unfortunately, the men were so drunk they can’t remember what their assailants looked like or why the fight started.”
Gamble said the only thing officers were able to get from them was the suspects were “two men.”
