
LA Commons presents Trekking LA 2013: Dancing to a Global Beat. Get ready to get your groove on at Chinatown's Summer Nights festival, complete with live music, dancing, and a beer garden. You won't be dancing on an empty stomach though. Before the festival, Karen Mack as she guides you through a walking appetizer tour starting at Far East Plaza, where you'll get to try a diverse array of Asian dishes served with local beer in a complimentary tasting glass.
The tour will start at Hoan Kiem restaurant in the Far East Plaza (Suite 130) at 3:30 P.M. and end at Central Plaza, where Summer Nights is hosted. You are welcome to stay as long as you want! For those driving, there is an underground lot beneath Far East Plaza where you can park for free as long as you bring your ticket for validation. Note that participants using the Metro will receive a $2 discount off the original ticket price. See event site for more information.
