10K Rewards Offered In 2 Homicides In Richmond
The police department said it wishes to "bring justice to the victims and their families."

RICHMOND, CA – Two separate $10,000 rewards are being offered by police for information leading to arrests and charges filed for suspects responsible for two murders in April in Richmond, authorities said.
In one case from April 9, Mark Henderson Jr., 30 of Richmond, was found suffering from several gunshot wounds shortly after 9 p.m. on the 5000 block of Hartnett Avenue near Crescent Park, the Richmond Police Department said. Lifesaving measures were performed, however, the victim succumbed to his injuries.
In the other case on April 18 at 11:23 p.m., a shooting occurred at the “Stop and Shop Grocery” at 800 Carlson Boulevard where 21-year-old Joseph Alexander died at the scene after being shot multiple times, police said.

Anyone with information can call the Richmond Police Department Homicide Unit at (510) 621-1212 ext. 1933, the department said, adding "Thank you for helping us bring justice to the victims and their families."
