Scotty Donaldson and Dave Seabury are long time veterans of the Berkeley music scene dating back to the 1960s, and have played with countless local bands over the years, including The Haymarket Riot, The Psycotic Pineapple, Stevie Bee and The Hornets, Little Roger & The Goosebumps, The Chuckleberries, The Blue Alley Cats… The list goes on and on! At the outset of the pandemic they were looking for some “low exposure” ways to get together and make music. Scotty suggested we put together a set of our fave Everly Brothers tunes, and voila: The Neverly Brothers! We’ve also branched out to include tunes by the likes of Lovin’ Spoonful, Youngbloods, Rolling Stones, The Byrds, The Beatles, Grateful Dead and MORE!
