Fire Causes Downed Power Lines In Contra Costa County

BAY POINT, CA -- A recreational vehicle fire this morning in Bay Point that resulted in downed power lines is being investigated by the Contra Costa Fire Protection District, a spokesman said.
The fire, which also involved an adjacent fence, was reported at 7:11 a.m. at Clearland Circle, fire district spokesman Steve Hill said. The fire was brought under control within 10 minutes. There were no reported
injuries.
PG&E crews responded to the downed power lines, Hill said.
