Officers at Scene of Fatal Shooting in Richmond this Afteroon
The shooting was reported in the area of San Pablo Avenue and Hilltop Drive.
Richmond police officers are at the scene of a fatal shooting this afternoon, according to a police lieutenant. Officers responded at 1:40 p.m. to the shooting at San Pablo Avenue and Hilltop Drive, Lt. Andre Hill said.
As of 3 p.m., police officers were still at the scene gathering information about the incident.
