Police arrested a man Saturday afternoon after he allegedly exposed himself to a customer at a grocery store in El Cerrito. At 1:14 p.m., police responded to a Safeway located at 11450 San Pablo Ave. on a report of a man who exposed his genitals, according to police. Officers detained the suspect, identified as a 67-year-old Richmond man, and learned he is a registered sex offender, police said.
