• The City of Sonoma's Cultural and Fine Arts Commission Seeks Nominations for Treasure Artist of the Year Award (Press Release) (sonomacity.org) — Artists living in Eldridge are eligible to be nominated for Sonoma’s 2027 Treasure Artist of the Year, a major honor recognizing creative work and community impact across Sonoma Valley. Nominations are open now through November 5, 2026, with selected honorees receiving public tributes, a City Hall exhibit, and a featured spot in the Old Fashioned 4th of July Parade.
   

• Sutter Health System adds Sonoma Valley locations to service areas (sonomanews.com) — Residents of Eldridge and the rest of ZIP code 95476 are now officially included in Sutter Health Plan’s service area, expanding local options for health coverage. Small-group eligibility began October 1, with coverage for large groups, individuals, and families starting January 1, 2027, giving Sonoma Valley communities broader access to Sutter’s regional hospitals, clinics, and physicians.
