Bootcamps are all the rage. This class is designed for the beginner who wants to try the exercise format without fear of competition or judgment -- we are all in this together!
Class meets weekly - Saturdays at 7:30am
Each class runs 45 minutes to one hour
Introductory Price - $50 for 5 sessions in August - prepayment required
Space limited to 10 - register early!
Classes mix cardio with strength training using several different exercise modalities. The workouts will be fun, energizing, non-judgmental, go at your own pace, and effective! Combined with exercise throughout the week and a proper diet, you will see results!
